It is our philosophy to provide the horse with an environment that  promotes mental as well as physical well-being. We have found that horses kept in box stalls with minimal time spent living outside can become unhappy and depressed. This type of boarding situation causes horses to develop bad habits such as cribbing, weaving, wood chewing, etc.

 

Our facility is geared to allow the horse to be out on pasture most of the time. They are fed good quality grass/alfalfa mix hay to supplement the pasture when necessary. The horses have free access to mineral blocks and water located in the pasture area. They are stalled for their daily grain feedings and when the weather is bad.
